Phil is fixing some bogus electrical wiring job the precious owners did that we found as a result of ripping out the walls.

Finally done the demo.  Sheet rock is cut and out at 2 ft level and everything in the house is trash curbside also like Alex and
Doreen.

Christmas in November

Finally Seating Down

After three days of demolition and heart ache, Doreen and I are out to dinner for a much deserved hot meal and a couple of cold ones.

Pile of 60

Just about everything that was once inside 60 is now curbside. There's nothing left inside 60 except for the wall studs and wiring. Gutted. Very very weird.
