Minor Set-Back

The discoloration runs from just above the wrist and halfway up the tricep. I believe this is the the result of improperly transitioning from heelside to toeside, catching my heelside edge and getting repeatedly thrown hard onto the back of my left arm. Can't wait to go again! AK

Meat Wagon

Alex's elbow is still all messed up but at least the trip to the ER after our weekend showed it's not broken.

I forgot to post this yesterday......Brian loading the snowboards on the snowboard rack of their excellent new SUV after a great weekend!

Emergency Room! Oh No!

Went to the ER just in case to get my snowboarding elbow looked-at. All is good. Nothing broken, no weird fluid build-up, just a bad bruise (contusion). No weight training or cardio for at least a week though.
