Spartan training on the actual Spartan Race course. This really isn't permitted, but we snuck in and went for it. This was following another 3.6 mile mountain trail hike/climb on a different mountain.

Spartan Shmartan

After doing our 4+ mile mountain trail run/climb we're at the abandoned Silvermine Ski Area in Harriman State Park to climb these slopes with our Spartan sand bags; hers 20 lbs and mine 40 lbs. Doreen took the picture and climbed too!
